• Submitting a return request within thirty days of order receipt is acceptable. We will no longer be able to process returns beyond this period

   

• As per health regulations, the following items are not eligible for return acceptance: diapers, underpads, ostentatious supplies, urologicals, stockings, bathroom equipment

   

• and products, cream-lotions, walkers, cushions, canes, wheelchairs, crutches, and levers, personal items and special order equipment, open or used merchandise, and stairways and treads.
